All payments are accepted via paypal invoices and should be paid through GBP

I only accept refunds if I haven't started the commission, anything further than that then it may be a 50% refund or no refund depending on how far along I am on the commission.

I do not accept refunds once the commission is completed or if I am more than half way completed, a forced chargeback will exclude you from requesting commissions from me in the future

If you wish, you can ask to be put on a ''notify list'' if you do not have the funds at the time of me opening commissions and I am happy to contact you before I open up commissions publicly next. - If you want to be put on a notify list, please fill the form as normal but ensure this is stated somewhere on the form (such as the commissions notes section)

I only accept a full payment upfront before starting the commission

I do not do commercial commissions, all of my work is for personal use only (e.g. the work cannot be used to make any form of profits, e.g. sold as prints or used on book covers)

My work is not to be used to train/generate AI

Commissions are selected based on what I believe I can manage w/ my artstyle and are not a first come, first serve basis

Unless requested not to, I reserve the right to use the commission to post on any socials/use as commission examples

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason

If there is any issues with me completing the commission, then I shall issue a full refund
